Can you tell me the Best Free Traffic Techniques ?

I'm looking to send some targeted traffic. I have time to invest not money so I'm looking for the best free traffic techniques that I could use.

Any ideas?

I'm mainly thinking about using big social sites like Youtube and Facebook. I would be most comfortable with those 2 I think although I am open to new ideas.
