after change my paypal email address, can i withdraw money instantly ? or it will take 24 or more hours ?

Their is no problem Sir in fact the 24 hour hold is for the protection of your account. Seoclerks does this so that if someone hacks your account and changes your Paypal email it can be avoided. Just be patient and try and make some more money before then. Soon you will get your funds and you will be able to continue making money. Thanks for sharing!

I believe it will be instantly. or very close to instant. There is a little message that says it can take up to 4 minutes to withdraw and every time I have withdrawn to Paypal it has been just a minute or two.
