Write the reason you're deleting this FAQ
So the BF1 open beta map is out. I was reading about it last night and watching some game play videos of it. It looks really cool and I'm eager to try it out. But I can't find it on my PSN store. Usually it shows under Demos or Free to Play but it's not showing. My mate says that you need to sign up for it or something.
Update: As I write this I checked for it online. You have to login to your online PSN account and then manually select it. Add it to basket and then choose to have it downloaded on your PS4 which I've now done.
Only 6GB to download and then I shall be riding horses and slashing people with my sword and blowing people up in WW1 style tanks. Can't wait!

Tbh I agree they have got too ridiculous now, too futuristic, lazer, running along walls and all that and gone too far into the future. The old days of COD were the best. Specially WAW that was that one. But Battlefield has always been much more open world, bigger maps and more vehicles like Apache helo's although there's no helo's in BF1 now but they might come in the future either as a new vehicle or game (BF2) but they didn't really have helo's in WW1 lol. They had bi-planes and horses though! There's only 5 vehicles, 4 tanks and the horse. There's a train that runs through the middle of the map though you can get on. Yeah it's a full game of the map which has 2 modes to it, Conquest & Rush. Basically Conquest is a 32 player team objective based game & Rush a 64 player team game similar to Search & Destroy but on a larger scale with multiple bomb points around the map. Oh boy! ><

I don't think it's available to download any more is it? I thought it wasn't open any more. But try searching it from the PSN store on your console. That's what I had to do. :)

I assume that since it's a beta release and it's limited to what you can do, it's free, correct?
I've played the first and second battlefield and thought they were pretty awesome, so I'm hoping that the new one will be just as good if not better

I think I'm going to download it tonight and give it a go. If it's free then there's no risk dropping $XX and getting a crappy game lol.
Is the beta just the campaign or can you do any PvP?
I haven't played battlefield in a while and I can't remember if they switch up the two modes or if it's always PvP lol.
