    How long do you keep posting regular content?

    So I've asked quite a lot of questions about writing content regarding how often you should post and how long the posts should be.

    Now what I would like to know is when exactly can you start slowing down a bit without risking losing traffic? Surely at some stage your website will be nicely established with traffic right?

    If you can slow down quite a bit how will you know that it is the right time to be able to start slowing down?

    For me I don't post regular content onto my blogs. But every weeks I update my blog 2 times with fresh content.

    Well even if your site is picking up and you're getting traffic, you don't want to slow down still. Because how high is high you know? The sky is the limit. In fact, if your site is picking up, then that means the work you've been doing is working for you so you keep the pace up. Don't slow down, or grind to a near halt when it comes to posting content. Things change and people always want to read the latest articles so there is always opportunity to post more stuff that is the latest about whatever it is your blog is about. Of course if your site/blog is picking up and you're getting more traffic, sure it means you can focus on other sites and things then as well and only post a new article to it once a week or twice a month or something. But the idea is to follow some kind of pattern of regular posting because Google loves fresh content to crawl and people love fresh content to read. Provided it's good quality content which I've seen your blogs and it is so don't stop doing that! How long do you keep posting regular content?

    No I am not going to stop any time soon, I was just wondering if like after a couple more years I could slow down a bit?

    I want loads of traffic and buckets of cash so right now I have no plans to slow down!

    That's the ticket! I think of it like this, the more you earn with your site, the more you can earn with your site.     Yes of course. I am planning soon on starting a new blog and using only content writers for it, You see I can't write about something I don't have much interest in and my main interests are already covered with websites!

    I want to see how it works for me hiring a content writer and not doing any of the content writing myself. It is just sooooo time consuming that there is just no way I could do more websites myself.

    I'd say don't even think twice about it! Go for it! At the end of the day, sure it will take a couple hours to set up, but you can put it on the "back burner" and it wont take up a lot of your time. The gathering of writers will/may be the most time consuming part to start with at first. And you may get some that aren't up to par for what you're after. But once you've got a good team of writers together, the rest will fall into place and it could be well worth doing. But unless you try you wont know, and we only regret the things we didn't do. Mostly. Go for it! How long do you keep posting regular content?

    This mindsets kill a lot of business we fight tooth and Nail night and day to see a thing work then it does then we begin to think of slowing down.Why slow down and leave what got you there in the first place. instead of slowing down if you're tired bring in some assistance to continue to fire and even do more to maintain the tempo.

    I post articles on my blog 3-4 times a week and it has been working fine and even trying to be play posting one daily.

    I guess it depends on the niche. There is so much one can talk about when it comes to certain topics I think.
    And having big content that targets multiple keywords is better than having multiple smaller low quality posts. I guess you can slow down the actual frequency of new content but keeping the quality high is a MUST.

    Content generation is quite unlimited in the sense that some of the niche we have chosen to go about have contents that, as a writer, ideas won't stop flowing about it. I would suggest that, if there is tiredness on your part, you can employ some of those freelance writers to help with new contents while you relax at that moment. Slowing down might not work well in the long run.

    I think it is beneficial from SEO point of view to post at least one of two articles on your blog/website regularly. Search engines love blogs and websites where new content is added frequently.
    I have half a dozen blogs and websites and I don't have time to develop contents for my websites and blogs. My blogs and websites are yet to make good money for me, therefore, I am not giving enough time. However, I am thinking to go back to my blogs and websites and add more content.

    When I was co-blogging with a friend, our plan was to post twice a week, each of us. But from what I had seen, it is the content that matters more than the frequency and length. However, it was difficult to get in stride with the pace of posting that's why in the end we decided to quit while we're still ahead. Maybe next time, I would see to it that the frequency of posting can be maintained.
