If you mean to redirect adf.ly traffic to Adsense then it's against the Adsense TOS. If you mean to use both as a publisher then I would choose a pop up ad network over adf.ly...

I am a bit confused with the Adfly because I know that it is a URL shortener but I am now wondering why some discussions are pointing to it that you can earn from using Adf.ly in your website. Is it some kind of a PTC or something that you get to earn when someone clicks on the link of your site? If that is the case then I don’t see any complications with Adsense since the ads of Adsense is different.
