Write the reason you're deleting this FAQ
Everybody works differently and we all have diverse characters and preferences. But considering that you are the one who makes the rules, what is your method generally? Do you like to make a timetable of things or tasks that you will be completing within that day, or in the next few days? Or do you just start working with no set deadlines and timetables, and avoid worrying how much you manage to complete by the day's end?
Personally I used to be less organized, but lately I have found it helpful to set up a weekly schedule and I try to stick with it. What about you?

So I don't have a schedule of things I need to do so-to-speak myself. I know what I need to do and make a mental not to do them. But I have found that having a schedule of things to do can be very helpful. I used to keep post it notes and write on one the things I needed or wanted to do and achieve that day. Then I'd stick it on my PC screen and tick them off or cross them out as I've done them. Actually, this is a great way to make sure you do get those things done if you list them by order of importance with the things you really must do at the top and the smaller things you don't really have to do but would be good if you could at the bottom.
That way, you get the most important things done and if you have time left over, and you're not out of coffee and the birds aren't waking up, you can spend a little time getting them things done too. But generally, I don't do this as I know what I have to do that is important and keep my mind focused on them and anything else is just a bonus.
How are you managing your schedule though? Do you have some kind of daily/weekly planner on the wall? Or do you just keep a pen and paper handy and write down the things you need to do and would like to do for that day/week etc? That's the good thing about being a freelancer in that you don't have to work by any set times, you just have to find the time to complete the work you have to do. Whether that's making time in the mornings to work on your orders, or doing your daily chores first and then working on them later on in the day or evening time. Obviously sometimes you're on a deadline and need to do the work and deliver before that deadline. So sometimes it might mean skipping your daily chores whatever they may have been, and flat out working until the work is complete. Sometimes that can involve being at the PC all day all through the morning, afternoon and evening time and way into the small hours of the morning again.
