    I have not heard of Backlinks Indexer or Ultimate Demon. Before I can answer which one is good, I need to know what are these actually. Whether you are a newbie or a pro, the first thing to give importance is building contents that have focused keywords and have long tail search terms as the title. Once you are sure that your content is properly optimized, you need to share on social media and generate social signals. You also have to share on social bookmarking sites and build backlinks.

    I agree with @vinaya in building backlinks in the manual way. Being a newbie I wonder why you are suggesting the tools which are not really good if you are not a veteran. The backlink works in 2 ways to earn traffic for your site. If you want to know that 2 ways then I suggest that you do a little research so you will have a clearer view of what SEO is all about because it is not an automated thing.
