As a webmaster you have to look at all factors for a website to be successful: from the domain name to hosting. We know that domain names are of critical importance for any web site and as a webmaster you need to think about good hosting for any domain.
Web hosting is critical to help you grow further your web based business. We see lot of hosting companies providing services and several packages. Usually, we may think high price hosting company may be better than one who is charging a low price. Besides, support to the client from hosting companies should be another top priority for any webmaster.
What do you prefer, high price or low price for a hosting package. Does the price of hosting matter as long as support system is good?

The CEO normally responds to most of the support tickets which is really nice to see. You're not just contacting a support representative and getting a canned response, the owner and founder is responding back to you with a detailed answer. And since he's the founder and CEO, you're sure he knows what he's talking about Are you sure you want to delete this post?

Cheap doesn't always mean better!
Sure we all like to save money and get a great deal, but when it comes to webhosting, you want a good web host that isn't going to let you down and provide a rubbish service. You want a reliable web host with good uptime rating and good support too. Sometimes you can find what looks like a good deal for webhosting and it's at a super low price and can be very tempting considering they often can offer quite a lot of features today at no extra cost to themselves. But cheap doesn't always mean better and often the support can ban be where the web host falls short and it's the support that you end up relying on more than the features and tools the web host has given you. There's been times when there was an issue with my website I could not fix myself despite having a fully managed plan. Such as being able to change host record and a names etc which is something only my host could do. And being able to rely on them to provide super fast support makes it worth paying a little extra for. It's all about the support!
That said, sometimes you can find a hosting plan where the support is virtually nonexistent but the features of that hosting plan are good as well as the price. So you may end up taking a webhosting plan like this simply based on features and low price even though they don't have very good support. While this can be a good thing most times, there are times when you may end up relying on support so when it's not there or they are slow at answering and dealing with support tickets you end up wishing you just went with a better host!
Sometimes it's worth paying that little extra for the support.
I've had some bad experiences with web hosts before in the past. One (which I shall not even name) had such terrible support they literally told me to "**** *** and do it yourself". LOL I was gob smacked. I was only asking them something simple but it was something I simply could not do myself even in cpanel or anything so I fell out with them and was sick of their support and business ethics which is when I moved from them. I was "foisted" on them by my last host called Zingiri who did webhosting and apps development but decided not to be a host anymore and then just do apps instead. I ended up making so many complaints to them about this host they moved me too that they recommended who I'm with now StableHost and I can honestly say is the best web host I've ever been with and their support is second to none! I even have a great plan with them I think it's like $14 pm for a Reseller hosting plan with dedicated IP, unlimited bandwidth, R1soft backups, Litespeed caching etc etc and superior support! Anyway I'll stop gushing about my host now.
But the point is, it depends what you need, how much bandwidth you'll need, what features you need, and whether you'll likely need good support or not. For a newbie he/she might need a lot of support. A good host will understand this and help them no matter how simple/basic or entry level his/her question is. Because they should know that they could be a client for life but that only happens if it has good support! So sometimes it's worth paying a little extra if the support is good!
