    Ever you provided incentive or free service to your client?

    I am sure that an incentive or a discount or some sort of free service are very good ways to attract new buyers and to have them choose you again in the future. I often offer such types of incentives to buyer by creating coupon codes. As a result, I get many return buyer for my services.
    Besides, I am providing extra free services like buy 2 services get 1 free. This type of free offer is also very effective to attract more clients. I would like to know is there any other ways you use.

    There's a similar CD to this over here: Do You Provide Your Clients With Something Extra?.

    I do provide my clients with something extra and I usually over deliver each and every time, no matter how many orders I get. I find this extremely beneficial as I gain recurring customers, fantastic feedback and recommendations by doing that. You should always make your clients satisfied and you should always strive to deliver more than they could expect. That kind of things plays a major role when it comes to long term business relations. Two for one deals or discount coupons are also an effective way to get satisfied clients.

    Yes I replied to that discussion yesterday I believe. Incentives are good, and if your sales are running low they can help you attract more buyers. However you cannot keep offering incentives as you can run out of business, or possibly appear as a low quality seller who is only trying to get sales. It is okay to offer an incentive every now and then, but I do not think it should be a norm either. I value my clients but I also value my limited time.

    What I do is offer some extra words within the article/content over and above what was agreed and reduce the turnarund time as much as I can.

    I love it when a seller finishes my order faster than promised, this is something that always stands out for me and I remember those sellers.

    I would go so far as to say this makes more of an impact on me than giving a little extra. So keep up with this!

    I know that the previous forum was riddled with spam. I hate spam. I think you've got a great idea, however the big problem with it is that it would just turn into a spam fest.

    As a buyer I would never bother visiting a discussion like that, sorry!

    Hi SSAM I am not clearly understand what are you trying to said? As my guessing if you want to know how to offer free services or discount to your client by gig? I should say for free offer, you can post an offer on your service description part and make highlight sentence by bold or italic with color combination. Buyer should see your offer in service section when he read and if you want to get discount directly to your client, make a coupon code with discount percent and you can get them by PM or you can insert coupon code in your service details too.

    I often try to provide my clients with free services, mostly along the lines of setting up a website, or fixing issues with my services. I offer PHP script services, so I can offer some free services such as "integration", "bug fixing", "updating" or whatever else that I won't charge for. Sometimes I think it's unethical to charge if there is an error on the sellers part, but some services make the buyer to fix errors, or to update certain things. I think this way of doing things is essentially bad business practice. You need to provide for the clients, and be there when there is an issue, and fix that issue for free. It'll help you in the future for sure, and the client may order more services due to you being there for them.
