Your question is not clear but may I assume that someone is posting your backlink on a bad site. That is unfair to you because you will be getting a bad backlink that is not your work. But may I ask how did you get to know what was happening to your backlinks, I mean how did you know about those backlinks of your site that were posted on a bad site? Maybe you can just delete those backlinks.
