    I actually do not want to comment on this discussion because I might seem like bragging. But I want to share my motto which is perseverance. When you continue doing what you think is right despite the odds then you can reach success. I started as a mere employee in our bank more than 30 years ago and with perseverance I am now in an executive position. My contemporaries have resigned because they didn’t persevere and they could have been promoted ahead of me.
