Main Factors of Ranking in SERP?

I am exciting of most of us are trying link building only for their site's improvements in SERP. Why don' they consider other factors even they are having much importance than link building. lets come to the point, major factors in ranking are,

Backlinks
keywords and anchor text
Internal links
OBL
Regular updates of the page
Quality Contents
Domain Age
Hosting data

We often missed to concentrate on other ranking factors. Of course, Link building is the main (42% of whole ranking) factor, but if we try to get concentrated on others also, it would going to be a better path for quite high ranking. please share your thoughts and ideas.

I think that high quality content is the most important already and it will be even more in the future, since google is doing everything to show relevant search results and because of that is punishing websites that until now ranked good only because of good offsite optimization.

I think that we should invest most of our money and time into providing quality content. I think it will be a great investment for the future, when google (and others) releases more updates to their search algorithm.

When it comes to SEO methods, it is always the content that is first on my list. Uploading fresh content that is unique and well written will definitely help your website in the ranking in SERP. Unique means the content that you upload is original and not copied from another site, word for word. Regular upload can be twice a week or more frequent but take note that the changes in the ranking will not be instant.
