    When you have a good domain but don't know what to use it for

    On many occasions, I will get a good name for a domain but not really know what to use the domain for. Maybe the domain will be niche related but actually investing time to develop that type of site would take so much more time than available. For those situations, I'm never sure if it's best to go ahead and purchase the domain and hope something comes of it or just let the domain name pass.

    If the domain is in your niche you could always buy it and temporarily redirect to an affiliate site which could then be linked to from various forum signature links. If you choose to develop a site based on that domain, then at least you will have already done your link building on related forums and can benefit from the steady traffic hitting those links.

    If its SEO or SMM related domain i suggest you build your own seoclerk affiliate store to make 10% affiliate income plus sell your own services with 100% revenue.

    I have over 50 domains. I am using about a dozen domain name myself. I have half a dozen websites running and I plan to launch more. The domains that I am not using are for sale. I want to make money by flipping domains. sadly, I have not been successful in selling my domains.
