Which webhosting site is the best and affordable?

I'm planning to move one of my sites to a new hosting due to a poor support on my current one. Can you help me in choosing what's the best and affordable webhosting company?

My recommendation is namecheap. I think you will not find a better web hosting deal than this. The shared hosting cost $9.88 for one year, which is less than $1 per month. The best part is you can host up to three websites under this plan. However, you will have to pay $29 for a renewal fee. Nevertheless, this amount is still less than what you will find in the market because with this amount you are hosting three websites.
