Can a Google+1 Page be Sold?

Is it possible to change the ownership of a Google Plus One page? I know on Facebook this can be done easily, but not with a Twitter Profile, so how does it work if im selling a website that has a Google +1 Page? How do I give the buyer the G+1 page along with the website?

You can transfer ownership if you don't generate a custom URL. I don't know how or ever tried it but I know when I got a custom URL it said something about not being able to transfer it.

I assume you can "sell" it although I don't know if that is against the TOS.

Well, with Twitter, for my Xbox Live Fan forum, I have the account using the email [email protected] so whoever buys my website when the time comes will have access to the twitter as they will get that email with the website. But my Google +1 page for my Xbox Live Fan for is made on my own Google account.
