nofollow offer essentially the same worth when it comes to SEO. Realistically dofollow is only better in terms of Pagerank.

Sometimes I wonder why we have to talk about the no-follow links. Maybe there should be a discussion that would clearly explain that the no-follow link is a web page that is set to such setting so that the search engine crawlers wouldn’t check it. That means the backlink that you post on that web page that is a no-follow will not be seen by the search engine. But that backlink can still give you traffic when a reader of the web page would click on your backlink.
