Try Facebook groups as there are many people on that site who would love SEO work done. Also maybe try a webmaster forum. Those sites are great for the services offered here.

It will just depend on what you are selling. For instance, many people on Facebook are looking for Likes for posts. Also these same people will want Twitter followers.
