    What tools are you using to expand your Facebook likes, shares and influence? Do you use the built in tools or do you use off site tools and services?

    You could use Facebook ads as those are usually accepted and rarely get rejected by Facebook as they want more traffic to their interior pages.

    There are lots of ways to build audience on Facebook with the built in tools such as 'invite friends', 'share page' and 'invite email contacts'.

    Just don't abuse this function or you could get your Facebook page restricted or banned. Then you would have nothing.

    Think of anyone who would enjoy your page content and then go where those people would hang out. So for instance, if your page is about gaming, go to gaming forums and put up your signature line.

    You could also ask for feedback on your Facebook page at various related forums as this could get you some visitors and new likes, assuming they actually like what your page is about.

    The usual way of building your network is by invitation. But you have to be discerning with your invitation because some people get irritated when they receive a friend request from people they do not know. My advice is to invite only the friends of your friends so the receiver of your friend request would see that you have a mutual friend. At least that’s a good reason for inviting him. And with a Facebook Page, the best you can do is to post on your timeline the link to your Page and invite people to like the Page.

    The 3 most important tools in Facebook are Post, Share and Add Members if you consider them as tools. If not then it's Insights, Notifications and Admin/Moderator Activity. Use all these tools daily and you can't go wrong. All the other tools are not as important as these.

    If you have a Facebook Page then Boost is the most important tool which is Facebook's money making tool but I've sampled it's effectiveness and it's really worth every penny.
