    Why don't you just hire a graphics artist on SEOClerks to design a Facebook header for you? That would be the easy way and some of the rates are very affordable.

    It would depend on niche of your facebook page. If your page is related to webmaster then you can search for webmaster as keyword in google images with banner as image setting Getting a nice header for your Facebook page
