    What keywords are you trying to rank for?

    Which niche or industry keywords/phrases are you trying to rank for? And, how close are you to dominating these keywords in Google search?

    Anyone that has search volume. I rather go for high competitive and high-searched keywords because they are really profitable (but you have to buy old domain for this, if you can afford buying old domain then only you should go for high competitive domains otherwise you have to wait for few months to rank).
    The idea is simple:
    Find a highly competitive with high search volume keyword.
    Buy a old domain
    Spy the top ranker domain and note its number of backlinks, anchor texts, the sources of backlinks etc.
    Promote your site accordingly and add little more than the site you are spying

    ... believe me you can make more money.

    I always try to find less competitive keywords to rank easily... Now I'm trying to rank acne related keyword.

    I suggest choose always low competitive keyword because it is easy to rank on Google.
