How to Rank High in Google 2015?

I used to rank high but Penguin/Panda put me out of SERP for my keywords.

and Now I tried all methods except link building.

Is there anyone who has a website ranking high these days through SEO? If yes please will you tell me how can I rank my websites high in google?

Why haven't you carried out any link building?
How competitive is your niche?
If you were hit by both Penguin and Panda have you made changes to your site, disavowed bad links etc?

Are you kidding? Link building is STRONGLY recommended even to get in Top 100

With Google and other search engines, my best bet is to create original contents that is well-crafted with new information and has a minimum length of 3 pages of word document. Uploading such document will indicate that your website is current or updated that it is eligible to be included in the search list. And the more good content that you upload, the higher the ranking of your website gets. Good content is the primary factor in SEO methods which is directly related to search engines.
