The big news for 2012 was Penguin update from Google. And, that affected many sites that had used spam techniques to get massive backlinks. But, what new thing is coming in SEO for 2013? Please share what you've heard.

2013 have passed already. What you have got on 2013. Now its 2018. I think there are huge and huge change on this days. I cna share an experience with you. On 2013- I have been worked for a client named John from California about a hemp business. At the time of starting work- John income was per month 5000$. Later he had gave me an idea about web 2.0 link pyramid for his website and I have been started work for him and within few days he got the success about 50,000$/month by sell. But now at 2018- I have been trying to do the same work for one of my website- but that is not working.

This is an old discussion but I guess nothing much has changed with SEO except for the proliferation of the so called black hat method and some other ways of cheating the search engines. With the Google updates I don’t think there is a substantial change that affected the sites in general and those changes in the algorithm remain secret until now. I have a suspicion that Google is issuing updates but not really factual all the time.
