It looks like SEO is getting to be a big industry because I can see that the number of SEO specialists is continuously growing likewise with the SEO companies. However, hiring an SEO company is only for the big website particularly the business websites that can profit from the traffic with the patronage of their business. For personal use maybe you just do the SEO work by yourself from time to time.
