    Keyword Stuffing

    Keyword are important part of the webpage and require the visitor attraction but repeating the same keyword many times in the web page is keyword stuffing. Can it be the reason to penalize the site by Google?

    Keyword stuffing can and will penalize your site. This technique will not get you ranked... It will get you tanked! This use to be one of the old ways of getting up in search engines, but was knocked out several years ago due to major manipulation. If you're looking for ways to rank, this is not the way to go. Instead, SEO your site with awesome content with the relevant keywords, utilize your metatags and alt tags, including any image tags, etc, etc.

    WebPages are often filled with repetitive usage of keywords, this is called keyword stuffing. Repeating your keywords in an unnatural way is not good for your users and often results in a lower - not higher, ranking in Google.

    I only learned about the use and purpose of keywords recently. That the tag you include in the new content that you uploaded will be a part of the evaluation by the search engine when someone does a search for that particular word. That means when the same keyword appears many times on your web page then you are obviously stuffing your web page with keywords which is unfair and can be spotted by search engines. My take on the avoidance of stuffing the web page with keywords is to use synonyms so you cannot be charged with a case of keyword stuffing.
