    Yes, they are important for everything to look natural according to Google and other SE's.. As it looks spammy to have 1,000 backlinks and 100% of them (1000) are dofollow.... ;)

    no follow can help you rank in search engines but it not help in building links you can do some powerful no follow links just to rank easy

    No follow links make that adjust in your backlink profile. You don't need google to suspect you exaggerating things or over upgrading by just building with dofollow joins. You need a more ordinary and common backlink profile.

    I have been learning the no-follow and do-follow links. My understanding just the other day is that the no-follow link is not recognized by the search engines which means your link that you post on a no-follow site will not have a good effect on search engines. But now I got confused again with this discussion that no-follow is a plus for your site. Can anyone enlighten me about no-follow links?
