With the rankings, you have to maintain the SEO chores that you are doing. And when your ranking goes down, you need not panic and compose yourself on the plan of action. Using appropriate keywords is also imperative. I just cannot say how to arrive to a quality keyword because it may be a term to mean a word that is directly related to your niche.
