    By doing blog commenting you would be able to comment on high pr blog so this is really a good thing I would say, but use natural anchor text for better result I would say.

    Usually that's true, if you use a real person name for your name not a keyword. Most times when I've used my blog name or a keyword (such as for backlinking campaigns), the comment won't get approved. But most times, the real person name as keyword linking to a page on my blog gets approved very quickly.

    Yes, Blog Commenting is good activity but you have to commenting on Topic wise and use proper name. you should not use Keyword as name.

    My take on commenting on a blog is to choose only the popular blogs, those with at least thousands of reader. However, the drawback with a big number of blog readers is that the comment you will post can be bumped down. For example, you are the first one to post a comment and after you, so many comments kept on coming that would leave your comment on the bottom and probably it may not get to be read at all. Or perhaps you choose a blog with a few comments and post a very good comment to attract the readers. In effect, some readers may click on your signature and check your website.
