How does grammar affects SEO, especially if it's "wrong" grammar?

It was a very popular SEO technique way back to use common mispellings of words to rank for keywords. However now, I think Google is getting smarter and that technique is no longer as valid or successful as it was before. Many times, when I mispell a word on Google, they will show me what they think I want to see. The search results will say something like, 'did you mean to search for...' and then show me the proper spelling of the keyword. I can't say whether or not improper spelling or grammar would hurt someone's search engine ranking.

Hello Every One !!!
It was an exceptionally mainstream SEO method path again to utilize normal incorrect spellings of expressions to rank for keywords.many times, when I misspell a statement on Google, they will reveal to me what they suppose I need to see.

Grammar is not that important as far as SEO is concerned, but it is very important in certain aspects like blogging, content marketing, article marketing etc. Yes, with Google getting smarter, the chances of ranking with the misspelled keywords is negligible now we can not expect our site to get on the top with misspelled words, but sometimes some keywords especially containing a weird name like Aiysha or Aisha or Ayesha can be misspelled but that will not hurt the site because both the spellings are correct in some sense.

Having too many mispellings makes a blog look very unprofessional to the reader, so why take the risk you will alienate your visitors, just because you are trying to trick search engines?

I would not read a blog with mispellings as it indicates sloppy writing and tells me the writer doesn't care about the reader. And, it's just not professional to have misspellings, even if you are doing it for SEO.

I would hate to read a blog which has broken english. It means you will have high bounce rate ! And bounce rate is one of the most important factor for a webmaster to take care.

Well, yes, too many misspellings makes a blog unpresentable and unprofessional, it indicates the intent of the blogger to purposely fool bots around with the use of these misspelled keywords, and I would probably hate such blogs or websites with misspellings. Specially, it it is a blog, it may ruin its reputation totally, because ultimately blog is all about content and if the quality of the content is not good, I will just ignore that blog, so would others do.

If there is a little mistakes then no problem but if you don't have understanding of language and you are writing then it can be a big problem, your readers may not able to understand correctly, search engines would think that you are using spun articles etc.

It's so easy to write a short article for a blog post and insert a few relevant keywords that relate tot he content on the page. So I don't see why anyone would use spun articles. Still, I have seen many blogs that do.

This is definitely true.Besides, search engines will definitely correct you in case you misspelled.

But what I'm wondering is, is there a site that ranks well on search engines because of a certain misspelling or grammar mistake? May it be intentional or not?

Also, if you are writing content then make use of MS word so that if there is any grammatical or spelling mistakes the you would easily notice and you can correct according to the suggestion..

if you are using quality content and fresh content without any grammatical or spelling mistakes than your website will definitely get good ranking in search engine.

The search engine seems to understand a spelling error and gives results for the correct spelling. So maybe the search spiders really do know when a word is spelled wrong. It would be fun to think the algorithm has a spell checker built in

At worse, it might simply ignore the misspelled word and you would not get indexed for the words you want. That's assuming a key word is misspelled. Though most likely, it would be a misspelling of a common word and would make little difference to Google how it's spelled.

I have seen several discussions about wrong spelling issue that it can affect the SEO although it was not clear if search engines are against misspelled words. With wrong grammar, it goes the same as the wrongly spelled words. However, it is not a good practice to write contents with such mistakes because the reader may be turned off. Besides, you wouldn’t want to be credited with an article that has so many mistakes
