How to increase Majestic citation flow and Trust Flow?

Majesticseo has this citation flow and Trust Flow which is a a measure of how powerful your site is and how trustworthy your site is. My citation flow isn't so bad but my trust flow is very weak.

What are the factors for Trust Flow? What determines the Citation flow (I'm guessing the PR/CT of other sites here)? How do I increase my Trust Flow?

I'm guessing that the way to increase it lies in getting links from sites with a high trust and citation flow - as well as improving the material and other aspects of your own site. Also, I'd say a similar logic would work with increasing DA, PA, and Moz Rank. Anyway, does anyone know some more metrics? How would you increase them?
