How to recover from penguin 3.0 update? Need Help

Hello.

Just after the last penguin update that took place this Octuber 17 2014 my website lost rankin in the most horrible fashion; I use to be on the top of the first page of google for some keywords, second and third place for some others etc. But now I just lost all the ranking since my website is on the gazillion page of google for pretty much all of my keywords.

However I read that what you most do is to clean your backlink profile, but the thing is that first I dont have the tools to download / find all my website backlinks, google webmaster tools only let me download a few but not all the 35k I have.

So first, is there any service in here that could help me download all my website backlinks???

And second, will clealing my profile or disavowing all the bad links rather, help me to improve my rankings for real?? Or should I just think about creating a brand new website?

I think the excess amount of backlinks that you have (35k) is main reason why you website ranking tanked. With GWT you should be able to remove those links, I am not sure why you can't do that.
