Google is very good about catering to viewers taste in various countries, not just the United States and UK. They customize the content to local regions, showing what is interesting to that culture and people, rather than a predefined theme.

Thank you for this information. Right now we are campaigning for our Youtube channel because we need more subscribers and viewing hours for monetization requirements. This information you shared can help in the promotion especially when the video is directly related to the country. Some of our videos were shot in different countries and it can probably be interesting to the residents of the country concerned.
