    I don't think it has everything a user might want to know. I mean google is master of deceptive art, they do keep few things hidden from common man's eye Google

    Google can't disclose each and everything about its algorithm, algorithm of search engine is secret, so only you can guess and nothing more than this.. Google publish tutorial in its blog how to do white hat SEO etc. you can follow those tutorials as well.

    Of course, this is what Google says publicly but privately some of the Google employees have been responsible for heinous privacy violations of Google users. Has Google been very transparent about that?

    I agree with caitlin. I've observed that google has it's own likes and dislikes. They are not really 100% transparent in there search results.
