What is the refund policy? Will there be a refund if I reject the offer?

The services I paid for aren't what I'm getting. I would like to discontinue services with full refund.

Hello Patrick404,
This happens every now and then and you have nothing to fear. Try to discuss things with the seller you've hired. Make them understand your side of the situation and explain why you're not satisfied with the delivery. Request a mutual cancellation if they can't re-deliver your service to your satisfaction.

You can read more about this within the TOS (Terms of Service). Here's what's stated regarding refunds.
11. Refunds

At SEOClerks we want you to be satisfied with any Seller Services offered via the Platform. All Orders made by a user shall only be refunded if such Order has not been fulfilled by a Seller. Before any Order can be refunded for any Seller Services, the user must first attempt to contact the Seller. If the Seller fails to respond or does not deliver the Order as promised to the user, the user may then initiate a refund request by contacting SEOClerks. Please be aware that refunds can only be given for unfulfilled orders and no refunds will be issued for any other reason. All refunds are issued at the sole discretion of SEOClerks. If you wish to request a refund or have an issue with any account billing, please contact us a [email protected].

Best Regards,
hitmeasap

Hi Patrick404, if you've ordered a service from someone on SEOClerks then you will have an option of either cancelling that service before it's been delivered, or rejecting it if has been delivered. If you cancel it before it's delivered, then you will get your money back yes. But the seller can choose to accept or reject your cancelation request based on your reasons given. If you reject the delivered work after it's been delivered with a reason why, the seller can make any necessary changes to it and then deliver it again to you. If you are still not happy with the work, you can again reject it with your stated reasons, and the seller can then make any changes again as necessary and deliver it to you again. Again then you will be able decide whether to accept the work or reject it again. While it's in reject mode, (the time after you click reject work and in between them accepting or rejecting the reject request), you can choose to cancel the order. But again, the seller can chose whether to accept or reject your cancelation request with them based on your reasons.

This is actually very fair and good for both you as the buyer and the seller too as can help both parties from loosing out. If you get into trouble with a seller like this, you should contact support and give them the details of it and why you want to reject or cancel the work and they will look into into for you. They will look at the evidence available such as your delivered work report and if its been done as advertised etc. So then in this case, your best option is to contact support who will look into it for you and be able to help you. Good luck! What is the refund policy? Will there be a refund if I reject the offer?
