Search for "commentluv enabled blogs" in google, you will see hell lot of list available in various blogs/sites. BTW, why do you need commentLuv enabled blog list ? :|

The lists are bad because everyone else sees those and posts on them. You probably want to do your own list. If so, just search for this in Google:

"commentluv" intitle:"keyword"

I'm not having good results posting comments to Commentluv blogs. Even when I take the time for a good comment, the blogs are usually not moderated so no comments are getting approved. It could be a good strategy to use those blogs if I can ever figure out how to make it work.
