Most of the biggest social bookmarking sites worth submitting to and having a link on today are usually instant approval or auto approved when you submit your link to them. That is what social bookmarking is all about. They are trusting you to submit a good site to them and then if it isn't the community will vote against it or something or it will get flagged and removed if its not. If it's a great site then it will go on to get shared lots and send you lots of traffic from it. If the link on the page that it's on is not a no follow link then you will get some juice from that as well as well as enabled the web crawlers (Google) to visit and crawl and index your new page or post that you're bookmarking.

A lot of people mistake social bookmarking sites for what they really are though. Instead of using your browsers bookmarks to save a website link you like and want to visit again, you can use a social bookmarking site to save it socially and publicly too. So it's a social thing to do and of course that's why they call it social bookmarking. That is how social bookmarking is supposed to work though. For webmasters to save all the links of the websites they like there instead of having hundreds or thousands of links in your browser that soon add up over the years as we all know. They wasn't never intended to be places where people should submit their own websites they own to for self promotion only. Even though that would be acceptable from the concept of a review point if it wasn't what you was always doing only.

The social bookmarking sites that I am involved with have instant approval system. I am with Pinterest and StumbleUpon and your links on these sites are approved instantly. I have also used Digg in the past and this social bookmarking site also has instant spprtoval system.

I think most of the bookmarking sites have no red tape and your registration is almost automatically approved. Check the popular bookmarking sites like Reddit and Pinterest. If you want more then you can do a search for the list of bookmarking sites so that you will have an array to choose from. But take note that the links of your site that you post in those sites will not automatically have an effect on the traffic of your site.
