Members wanted for free site

I am looking for someone who can help me to get members on our free site. They just need to register themselves and nothing more. Ideally, members from the US, UK, Germany and Sweden. Can someone help me with such a service? Welcome to send questions and I be glad to explain more about what we want.

If you are looking for service then you probably need to post in the market place of this site. However, with the mention of “free” then you might be hinting of a type of social media network? Anyway I think it is better to promote your site in social media and that will be easier because of the huge users in Facebook and Twitter.
