How to change profile picture

Hello I wanna know why I can't change profile picture when I have option for it and instead I have been receiving e-mail for confirming my paypal account as if I was changing it and my profile image still remains the same. What a mess. How to fix my profile picture.

If you are changing your profile picture and you are receive email regarding paypal account, then you need to immediately contact with support team.

i am sure there are laid-down procedures for you to follow to be able to change your profile picture. just visit the place and you will see it there, if any issues, visit customer care.
