    I've always assume those two were the same. Maybe it just depends on what part of the country or world you are from as to how you say it.

    How does Google say page rank/pagerank on their own Webmaster blog? That could be an indicator of the correct way to say it.

    It looks just like a play with words but I think Page Rank and PageRank are one and the same in meaning and function. It is similar to the term on-page optimization which is sometimes written as on-page optimization which is practically the same in meaning although different in presentation.
