Can I make a service about a web template that I am willing to create and sell, under the category design?

I Was wondering, can I create a gig about a web template that I am willing to create, and sell under that category.? Or would that go under "other".?

I think you could probably put a web design template under "other"

Yes, you can place it in others. That is the only category that suits well.
