I think Google updates the PR every 3-4 months, that is 3 or 4 times per year.
Next update should be november/december.

Noadays they update in continuesly from one region to another. no particular update dates

Here is another discussion about the page rank and the updating by Google. For your information the page rank is not being used by Google anymore so there will never be an update coming. We just have to accept that the page rank is just a decoration for the site and it has no value anymore whatever tank you have on your site. It was the change in algorithm that did away with the page rank.
