    well you don't need anything for that, firstly you should have a good design and decent traffic for get more money. i suggest you to try flippa to sell you site.

    Yeah, but im not talking about how to get my website worth buying to someone, ime wanting to know about is there anything is need to do as far as the setting in the host, do anything with the file of the website & also the domain?

    I don’t have an experience in site flipping but if I would buy a site what I want is a site that is well designed that he home page would contain the important sections of the site so that I do not have to click several web pages before I get to the desired section. For the SEO work I guess there should be quality backlinks although not too many. The contents should also be good and decent so that it is easier to just continue adding contents.
