Why was free bump not added when delivering before deadline

Why wasn't my free bump added to my account, even when i delivered the order before deadline?

Hi Hotcontent,

Are you sure you didn’t get your bump? Please remember that the bumps won’t be added instantly and can take up to 24 hours for the bump to be added to your account. How long has it been since you completed the order? Please remember, there is also a cap of 2 free bumps per day for completing an order on time so you won’t get one for the last order if you complete 3 orders in one day. If you are 100% sure that you didn’t get the bump and you were supposed to, then I advise you to open a ticket with the Ionicware helpdesk to fix the issue.

Hi hotcontent I think there has something wrong. Same question to you are you sure you have done job and deliver within due date?
If so you must to get free bump for deliver order. And it is up to SEOclerks system update. If you complete job today and it may take 24 hours or less to get free bump. Do not forget you will get free bump for per order within 24 hours. Do not expect to get more bump for multiple orders delivery. For example if you deliver 2 or 3 orders today, you will not get 4 or 6 bumps. Here clearly wrote that Complete an order on time (2 per day). Dispite of if you feel any error or bug, feel free to contact with help desk.

Hello hotcontent,
You will not get the free bump immediately after the delivery and it might take up to 24 hours before you get it. With that being said, have you heard about the paid bumps?

You can get 5 bumps for only $3, and paid bumps are more valuable compared to free ones as they include a few extra things.

Paid bumps includes:

Automatically rebumps your service in 12 hours
4 hours of highlight
4 hours of email featured

You will also get the bumps instantly if you purchase them.

Just note that this is not mandatory at all. It was just a simple suggestion.

You need to allow some time for the bump to be given. It is not added to your bump balance as soon as you send in the order. I do not know the exact time the system allocates the bumps to those who earned them, but it should be within 24 hours for sure. So please check again.

Since you are that eager to get bumps I suggest you try other ways to get more, such as logging daily. Obviously the once you get for orders delivered depend on whether you get orders. So it is something beyond your control. You could also try buying some paid bumps form time to time.
