my funds from my completed orders say cleared but are not available in my balance. any ideas why?
If i pay for a gig from my paypal balance is the transaction instant? ie: is the order eligible to have work started on it by the seller immediately or does the order take a while to complete?
Is the net amount the total amount you receive? or is it the full gig amount?
