Once you chose the hosting package you wanted and paid for it, how long was it before you could login and begin building your site? Was the process immediate for your hosting company or did you have to wait?
I'd rather pay to have my banner placed on a high traffic forum or blog rather than pay per click. To me, it just seems like a better deal for what's paid. Which do you prefer; ppc or banner ad?
