What is the criteria to get level-2 for beginner saler on SeoClerk? Answered

Please tell me how to get level up on seoclerk and what are requirements of level 2 specifically?? Thanks for help.

    When an infraction expires, do you have a clean slate? I level up in 1 week and some man reported me for no reason and i got an infraction, After the infraction expires can i level up after that? Answered

    So you know how in user levels to level up you cant have any infractions... Well when the infraction expires can i level up?
