I didn't get sales for months but whenever I create a new gig it got sale in next 24 hours. Why is that?

I rejected an order but didn't instantly get money back? Answered

I ordered a service which didn't work, the seller hasn't logged in, in ages. It was an instant download. I thought that once you reject an order your money goes back into your balance instantly? Please help, thanks.
