if i click my order by vault can i refund it agine?

i think i make myself an order and pay it from my main account by vault and i would like to cancel it please
"that is mean i make order that i offer to other by vault"

as par my opinion that mean we have offers to othere here but by fault we make click in the order butom and seoclerks take the money from my balance so can we have to refund it agine
