Which is the best VPS service company 2016?

I am currently using interserver VPS services. Their customer service is great. I use their 3 slice(70GB disk and 3GB RAM) cost is monthly $18, $10 is for Cpanel. but my problem is low RAM. For last few days my server run under low RAM/memory. Is there any better VPS company where I will get RAM/DISK space with cheap rate?

If you don't need a managed VPS, then OVH is quite good. I have used them and the servers are very reliable. I never experienced any downtime. Their prices are very cheap but of course, you have to do all the server management yourself. If you would like a managed VPS, then Inmotion host is quite good. They have very good servers and their customer support is excellent. However, they are a bit more expensive. I am currently using Scala Hosting and I would say they are probably the best. Their managed VPS are a lot more expensive but their uptime and customer service is amazing.
