Do I get a refund for my purchase if the order has been canceled?

I have canceled 3 orders and would like a refund for them? One of the sellers did not deliver on time and has not responded to my messages so the service is bad.

Suggest a mutual cancelation for the service. If the seller doesn't accept it, The order will be cacelled automatically in 2 days. When it will be cancelled you will get the refund.

If the order is in a cancelled state, you can request a refund to your payment source via the Support: Help Desk.
