My sales are delivered but dont show as completed

Hi,

My last 4 orders says status: delivered.
But it just stays there and does not show as money waiting to be cleared.

None of the buyers make a claim.

What will happens or when it will show as completed? What happend if the buyer simply ignore to mark it as complete?

Last question: How long it takes to be cleared?

If buyer do not make complete then it will take 5 days from delivery to complete & Funds will be available in to your SC account after 10 Days(If level 1), 4 Days(Level 2) & 1 Day(Level 3)

, i will have to wait 4 days then to get it complete, i don't know why people does not mark it as complete. I will have to wait.
